Title inspired from Writer Sujatha’s shortstory titled ‘devan varugai’ (god arrives).

Taken from WaMu Tower which overlooks Puget Sound, my current workplace, on a quiet evening, this was made in-camera without any retouches. The only change was white balance was set to tungsten to darken the blue light.
